This new formula from People's Herbs (one of the Blue Poppy lines) is a slight modification of the tried and true formula, Suan Zao Ren Tang.
The ingredients are suan zao ren, fu ling, zhi mu, chuan xiong, gan cao, and melatonin (1 mg per capsule).Suggested serving size is two (2), 500 mg capsules.
